With yet another year comes and goes, I hope we all can find some peace, comfort and freedom in our lives, and for those of whom are incarcerated. Many shattered lives and broken hearts, struggling to just survive, with NO one to turn to for support and in their moments/years of grief. Far too many have already paid the ulitmate price for freedom, but never gained it.
Perhaps with the new year of 2011, we will witness law reform and restoration of innocence, freedom and dignity.
I sincere appreciate all of whom have come to read my notes here on "Justice Winds". I hope you will continue to read, share, get involved and educated in your "legal rights".

"Supported by child advocates, mental health experts, civil rights groups, churches and correctional officers, Yee believes that SB 9 reflects the science of the process of brain maturation of an adolescence and “thus (their) impulse control, planning and critical thinking skills are not yet fully developed.”

So important for ALL of our nation's children.
