Officials plan for new hearing for Jordan Brown (CHILD)



With the stroke of a pen Friday, two Pennsylvania Superior Court judges wiped out more than a year of action in the Jordan Brown case.

Pennsylvania Superior Court Judges Cheryl Allen and Judith Olson ruled that a decision by Lawrence County President Judge Domenick Motto to deny a petition by Brown for trial in the juvenile system compromised Brown's Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination.
