The Cautionary Instruction: Compassion and juvenile justice in Pennsylvania

Please note the difference in sentencing in the cases mentioned of other children. So what about the case of Jordan Brown, who was only 11 when that tragedy occurred.

Justice must be tempered with compassion and mercy. It is so obviously CLEAR, that a child is a "child", NOT an adult. How can this "child" possibly get a fair/just trial, when his case and picture has been publicized the world over??
